Nasser Hussain is a commercial and corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience working with global corporations, FTSE 100 companies, top-tier law firms and numerous financial institutions.

Nasser has considerable experience in advising clients on commercial, corporate and contract law matters across various sectors including infrastructure & projects, telecommunications, global outsourcing and data privacy. He has been praised by his clients as displaying ‘genuine leadership skills during complex negotiations’ and ‘his professionalism and knowledge’ make him a highly-regarded legal professional.

Thomas Richards 

Trainee Solicitor

Thomas graduated in Law at the Old Royal Naval College in London, and is now a Trainee Solicitor enrolled at BPP Law School.

He has considerable experience working in the arenas of TMT, Telco and Construction. Thomas works on frameworks across different construction procurement routes, standard and amended forms of JCT- and NEC-suite contracts.

As a qualified Software Engineer, he enjoys using clear practical output, allowing clients to make informed business decisions.

Thomas takes a keen interest in clients’ corporate aims to ensure their goals are recognised and reflected in our legal services.

Charlotte Smith

Translator & Interpretor—Consultant

Charlotte has vast experience providing language services for various clients. She is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese and adds value her array of keen legal and analytical skills, including research and document reviews and editing. Her varied background includes eight years providing services to high-end law firms, including document review and managing document disclosure processes, and working closely with expert witnesses.

Charlotte enjoys working closely with clients and supporting their key stakeholders to produce quality translations and has done so for over fifteen years as a Chartered Linguist.

Legal Assistant

Abhi joined Sandhurst in 2023, bringing with her a rich academic background from King's College London, where she earned her LLM with a focus on corporate and commercial law.

Her experience including within TATA Consumer Products' legal team has endowed her with a pragmatic understanding of the business world. Abhi is particularly interested in areas such as corporate governance and the evolving landscape of data technology law. Becoming part of Sandhurst marks a significant step in her earnest pursuit to qualify as a Solicitor, reflecting her commitment to uphold the robust standards of our legal practice and provide excellent client service.

Husna Patel

Construction & Engineering Legal Specialist

Husna became a consultant for Sandhurst in 2023 with a background specialising in construction and engineering law, related dispute and alternate dispute resolution, and private and public sector transactional and advisory work.

Her experience spans 18 years and a wide variety of projects, including energy projects and bio fuel plants, educational institutions, wind farms and housing, mixed-use developments.

Farhath Hussain

Legal Consultant

Farhath Hussain became a consultant for Sandhurst in 2023. She specialises in intellectual property, real estate, alternative dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, including conducting legal due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, drafting & reviewing cross-border agreements.

Farhath commenced her career in law in the year of 2015. Her experience includes working in the legal arm of a multinational apparel company, listed conglomerate and leading law firms. Her services have also extended to the legal compliance of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to several corporate entities.
